arne duncan said the other day this may be the most important job in the country. and i'm thinking about it. the difference you can make. that one kid that says, hey, yeah, i get it. or the one kid that comes back and says if it weren't for you. we all have those teachers in our lives. it does come down to the teachers. we focus on the teacher doing a lot of talking about this. and i'm glad that the -- we happen to have the show coming out as the country is engaged in this conversation but we are missing a couple of points. it's certainly important to get the greatest teachers in the school. and i think there are bad teachers. i think there are more discouraged teachers. if you look at the burnout rates, 30% after three years, 46% after five years. that's evidence that people are discouraged. the reason is because we have a culture that doesn't celebrate education and we have a lot of, i think -- not a lot of parents -- we have a lot of good parents but there are some parents who are not in the game, who are not telling their kids, hey, look, you have to go to scho
